Content Constrain
The content constrain page class creates a width of 60% around the com_content page. This class was created for situations where region 3 is set for fluid width and you would like to restrict the width of the content on certain pages.
Useage
In your menu item under the PAGE OPTIONS add the PAGE CLASS : content-constrain
Region Constrain
The region constrain page class creates a width of 70% around the selected Region. This class was created for situations where a region is set for fluid width and you would like to restrict the width of the region on certain pages.
Useage
In your menu item under the PAGE OPTIONS add the PAGE CLASS : region#-constrain - You need to put in the region # like this: region3-constrain
In addition to the default region constrain we have also included region constrain 50, this class restricts the width of the region to 50%.
